FAQ
What is the collaboration process and estimated timeline?
1. No Urgent Projects
To maintain consistent quality, attention to detail, and sufficient communication
time, urgent requests with a deadline under one week will not be accepted.
2. Estimated Timeline
It is recommended to allow 2–4 weeks for production (excluding weekends).
The exact delivery date will be finalized upon signing, based on project complexity.

What are the service categories and price ranges?
1. Price ranges are for reference only. Final quotes will be determined by specific
requirements, complexity, and the scope of licensing.

How many revisions are included?
How are extra revisions charged?
1. Each commission includes a fixed number of revisions:

Draft Stage - 2 Major Revisions (e.g., overall composition, object arrangement).

Coloring/Final Stage - 1 Minor Adjustment (limited to color tones or fine detail tweaks; changes to the composition are not accepted at this stage).
2. Revisions exceeding the above, or requests to change the confirmed draft during
the final stage, will incur an additional fee of 10% – 20% of the total quote,
depending on the scope of work.
Can I get a refund if the project is canceled midway?

Before the drafting stage begins - The deposit paid can be refunded in full.

After entering the draft or final stage - Refunds will be issued proportionally based on project progress, minus labor costs. The deposit (initial payment) serves to secure the illustrator's schedule and is generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Who owns the copyright? Can I take the drafts to another artist?

Copyright Ownership
The illustrator retains the moral rights to the work. All drafts, color sketches, and
conceptual proposals provided during the project remain the creative property of
the illustrator and are protected by law.

Strict Prohibition of Secondary Licensing
The client is not permitted to hand over any drafts or color sketches provided by
Y.T.C Illustration to a third-party creator for further rendering or modification.

Delivery & Exhibition
Final works are delivered in JPG and PNG (300dpi) formats. The illustrator
reserves the right to include the work in a personal portfolio for exhibition.

If .psd/.ai source files are required, it will be treated as a full buyout and will incur an additional buyout fee.
